Control Of Parallelism

Differing Applications and problem domains require different control abilities over these base objects. These control requirements partly define the usage patterns of the language and are largely dependent on the applications in question. As EC++ is to be a generic standard, no assumption can be made about any one specific control mechanism, instead a means of allowing different control mechanisms within different instantiations of the language architecture should be possible.
