S.1.15 Marchalling stategy flawed: spaces used as parameter separator

Added 31.5.95. Jonathan Poole.

The marshalling strategy for parameters is to use the iostream insertors and extractors. They are separated using spaces, so for example marshalling a two parameter function cal with parameters n and m becomes:

OutputMessage Out (_ucpp_Vpid, Synchronous, "ClassName__ucpp_0") ;
Out << n ; Out << ' ' ; Out << m ; Out << ' ' ;

However, there are certain objects, particularly strings which may contain spaces in their standard serial representations. These will not be correctly unmarshalled.
